Erin has practiced aesthetic medicine over 14 years and is a national trainer for Allergan (Botox/Juvederm) and Galderma (Dysport/Restylane). She has traveled around the country, training thousands of medical providers. During this time, she saw a massive gap in formalized aesthetic training. While many short aesthetic trainings exist, a longer and more comprehensive training program was desperately needed.

And that is how The Treatment Technique was born.

Hands-On Injectable Training in Southern California

We are a team of highly accomplished aesthetic injectors, with our faculty having over 70 years of combined experience in aesthetics. In addition to teaching you techniques to get your patients the best results, we will guide you on growing your career and patient base with tips on perfecting the consultation process and the provider/patient relationship.

  • Founder

    With over 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Erin is a specialist in all things related to skin. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, Erin went on to complete her post graduate work from The University of Southern California- Keck School of Medicine where she received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. She is highly skilled in the use of Fillers, Botox and is a trainer and for the Allergan Medical Institute, GAIN trainer for Galderma and Skinceuticals. Erin has a special interest in creating a more youthful yet natural appearance and believes good skin care is an integral part of everyone’s overall health.

  • Sarah has been a Certified Physician Associate since 2008 specializing in the field of aesthetics and cosmetic surgery. Sarah is deeply passionate about aesthetic education. She contributed to the development of The Treatment Technique curriculum and regularly attends educational seminars to stay current with the latest trends and techniques. She finds great joy in teaching and inspiring other injectors. She is dedicated to educating and mentoring others. She also serves as one of our in-house trainers. She is very warm and compassionate and is known for her gentle touch and natural-looking results.

To participate in our Hands-On Training Courses, a California Medical License (PA, NP, MD, RN, DO) is required. Out-of-state practitioners and providers have attended our hands-on training courses by simply completing a few documents and paperwork to obtain a California license. Please note that the process of submitting paperwork and obtaining a California license may take approximately six (6) weeks. We offer a discount for those practitioners and providers that are out-of-state and go through the process of getting a California license to attend our training courses. For clarification purposes, a California license is not needed to attend our observation-only course (Live Expert Injection Series).

Our newly renovated state of the art training facility is located in Claremont, CA. Come learn in a beautiful clinical setting with the latest in medical education technology. This space was designed for the comfort of our trainees to be able to learn in a nurturing environment.
